Our Hiring Process
ALL our Teacher/Tutors
are
Part-Time/Full-Time Hourly employees in our company.
Our Hiring process starts now and involves a few cycles and interactions.
Before applying to any of our positions, prepare the following documents:
- Proof of degrees
- Letter of recommendation
- At least one reference (Preferred 3)
- Portfolio Image of the applicant for their public profile.
- Updated Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV).
The following details are required for applying:
- Authorized to work in the USA – We are not sponsoring any visa type.
- Agree to a full background check.
- Agree to full validation of your educational documents.
- Availability days in hand (required for the next step).
- Availability hours in hand (required for the next step).
- Grades/Subjects you are applying for.
- All documents must be uploaded during submission. kindly prepare them in advance!
We will not consider any applicants that does not meet the requirements
Once you complete the process of submitting the application, you will notify by email.
It takes between one (1) to seven (7) business days to review your applications due to COVID-19; the process may be delayed up to 15 working days (We use 3rd Party to assist with verifications and/or background check) depending on state/counties/cities.
If our team clears your applications here, the following three (3) steps are:
- One or more ZOOM interviews with one of our educators.
- In some cases, a demo session will be required.
- The pre-boarding process, meeting with at least one opportunity, completing background checks, and verifying your documents.

Teaching Certificate vs. Teaching License
There are many directions you can go in this rewarding teaching career, and many decisions are still ahead of you. Most importantly, what type of teaching appeals to you most? When you’re considering your options, it’s always best to verify what your state requires. In many states, the terms certification and licensure mean the same thing.
What is a Teaching Certificate?
A teaching certificate is an agreement with your state that you have fulfilled all standards and requirements to be a certified teacher in that state. If you want to be certified to teach by most states’ Department of Education, you need to earn a teaching certificate.
What is a Teaching License?
Depending on your state, a teaching license can be the same as a teaching certificate. For example, in some states, the term teaching license refers to the “completion of an approved educator preparation program and meeting all applicable.
What are the Benefits of a Teaching Certificate/Teaching License?
While it’s definitely possible to teach in some capacities without a certificate or license, meeting your state’s requirements for teaching has its benefits. First of all, understanding what your state requires is a part of professionalism. With your certificate/license, you’re demonstrating that you’ve met the requirements to teach in your state. Next, you’ll be able to confidently lead your classroom, knowing that you’re certified/licensed to teach in your state. Finally, in some schools and districts, the pay is better for teachers with their state’s endorsement as certified/licensed educators.
